Park Royal Shopping Centre is a proud community contributor, supporting many organizations and charitable events throughout the Lower Mainland. We welcome registered not for profits to use our Non-profit space to raise funds or awareness for their cause or event.
Please refer to the requirement guidelines and FAQs below before submitting a request to ensure your organization is eligible. We evaluate all requests on an individual basis and strive to cater to the diverse blend of charities and non-profit organizations in our community. All groups must abide by the rules and regulations of the shopping centre.
* Please note the not for profit space is not available during the month of November and December.

Requirement Guidelines
- Be a registered non-profit organization
- Benefits the community in which Park Royal operates
- Have defined goals and objectives
- Not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, religion or sexual orientation
Request for the following are unlikely to receive approval:
- For profit organizations
- Individuals
- Religious or political organizations
- Capital projects (this will be assessed on an individual basis)
If approved, your organization will be required to complete a Temporary License Agreement and provide $5M liability insurance in which: Park Royal Shopping Centre Holdings LTD, Larco Investments LTD. and their parent subsidiaries & affiliates listed as an additional insured.

How do I apply for a charitable location? Learn More + Collapse -Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis only. If you represent a charity or non-profit organization and wish to use space at Park Royal, please fill out the application at least 5 weeks in advance of your event and send to: info@parkroyal.caWho can use the charitable location? The not for profit space needs to be occupied during mall hours. Use of the charitable space during the month of November and December is prohibited unless prior permission on a special case basis has been arranged.Where are the charitable locations? Fundraising activities in other areas of the mall or on the property (eg. entrances, centre court, etc) is prohibited unless prior permission on a special case basis has been arranged.What is included with a charitable location?
