Non-Profit Space

Park Royal Shopping Centre is a proud community contributor, supporting many organizations and charitable events throughout the Lower Mainland. We welcome registered not for profits to use our Non-profit space to raise funds or awareness for their cause or event.

Please refer to the requirement guidelines and FAQs below before submitting a request to ensure your organization is eligible. We evaluate all requests on an individual basis and strive to cater to the diverse blend of charities and non-profit organizations in our community. All groups must abide by the rules and regulations of the shopping centre.

* Please note the not for profit space is not available during the month of November and December.

Requirement Guidelines

• Be a registered non-profit organization
• Benefits the community in which Park Royal operates
• Have defined goals and objectives
• Not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, religion or sexual orientation

Request for the following are unlikely to receive approval:

• For profit organizations
• Individuals
• Religious or political organizations
• Capital projects (this will be assessed on an individual basis)

If approved, your organization will be required to complete a Temporary License Agreement and provide $5M liability insurance in which: Park Royal Shopping Centre Holdings LTD, Larco Investments LTD. and their parent subsidiaries & affiliates listed as an additional insured.

  Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis only. If you represent a charity or non-profit organization and wish to use space at Park Royal, please fill out the application at least 5 weeks in advance of your event and send to: info@parkroyal.ca

  Who can use the charitable location? Learn More + Collapse -

  Any non-profit charitable group or organization is eligible. The location must be used solely for fundraising and information awareness activities. Retail sales of goods will be assessed on an individual basis.

  When can I use the charitable location? Learn More + Collapse -

  The charitable location is available for use Monday to Sunday. The not for profit space needs to be occupied during mall hours. Use of the charitable space during the month of November and December is prohibited unless prior permission on a special case basis has been arranged.

  Park Royal has one internal location available in a high traffic area near the new food court PICNIC on the second level of Park Royal South. Fundraising activities in other areas of the mall or on the property (eg. entrances, centre court, etc) is prohibited unless prior permission on a special case basis has been arranged.

  We will provide a table and chairs to pre-registered organizations on a space-permitting basis should it be required.

  Yes, your own display is welcome at Park Royal provided it has been approved and fits within the space restrictions.

  Does Park Royal Shopping Centre provide donations? Learn More + Collapse -

  Park Royal does provide monetary and in-kind donations to charities. We receive many requests each week for sponsorship and donations, and as such we are not always able to participate. To request a donation please contact info@parkroyal.ca.

  No, Park Royal does not allow solicitation in our centre.

  Can I distribute posters in the centre? Learn More + Collapse -

  Park Royal does not allow posters, brochures or flyers of any type to be distributed in the centre or on property.
